Team Leader, Deep Creek Brewing, Silverdale, North Auckland

Due to the growth of our business we are in need of a Team Leader for our packaging, inventory & stock control. Role consists of following: 

  • Running our canning line, which includes boxing, labelling, storage.
  • Control of all stock levels from beers to malts, hops and packaging.
  • Receipt of all inwards and dispatch of all outwards orders.
  • Ordering of all stock for above tasks. 

The role would suit someone who preferably has some knowledge of the beer/food industry. Forklift licence an advantage.  Full time permanent position. We are looking for a passionate, experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team in Lyall Bay. You must be confident in a management position, enjoy talking through the particulars of craft beer with customers, and have enthusiasm to learn and help the store grow. This is a full time, permanent position with the regular days of work being Wednesday through Sunday.

To excel in this role you would need to be an admin whizz who can pick up the ins and outs of out finance/admin systems and processes quickly.  Your knowledge of Xero and ACE Payroll together with your accounting skills will put you ahead of the pack.  With your extensive experience we probably won't need to teach you much.  If you're practical in your outlook, you'll fit in here. The Production Manager is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing every aspect of our beer production. you will have a formal brewing qualification & a minimum of 5 years’ experience in beer production management across medium to large breweries, ideally with multiple locations. You’re experienced, have worked in a growing brewery (craft, or not), have helped with equipment selection and gone through some growing pains.

This role is responsible for setting the direction and strategy for the Brewing team, leading our people to run the business whilst pursing strategic improvements initiatives in safety, quality, value creation, process excellence and culture. Requirements include Tertiary qualifications, or equivalent experience in a technically related discipline preferably with formal brewing qualifications; Multiple site leadership experience, at least 2 years in packaging / engineering or brewer role at another location.
