Sunshine Brewery Cooks Landing V1.0 (6.5%) – This Thursday’s brew is a classic English malt-driven ESB balanced out with a good measure of English hops. Pouring at the Sunshine Brewery Taproom today.
Fork Brewing Belles & Helles Belgian-Style Pale Ale (5.0%) – A Saison-Pale Ale hybrid with hoppy characteristics, that uses Golden Mile Lager/Helles' wort, combined with a saison yeast (a combo of a yeast strain called Belles Saison & Brettanomyces bruxellensis).
Birkenhead Brewing Hinemoa Pacific Ale (4.6%) – This distinctly New Zealand Pale Ale delivers a nose of sweet tropical fruit and resinous pine. Citrus zest, fresh grapefruit and woody herbaceous hop flavours are well presented on a backbone of Gladfield malt with enough depth and balance to support the hop flavour without compromising sessionability.
Brewaucracy Retraction IPA (6.2%) – Brewed with Hamiltron tap water with a fairly high gypsum dose
Behemoth Brave Bikkie Brown Ale (5.5%) – a macaroon, a liquid lamington, a bounty bar in a beer
Eagle Brewing Padawan Pale Ale (6.3%)
