Moon Under Water are looking for a new Sous Chef!
We're looking for someone with chef standards, passion, drive, an eye for detail, work efficiently and cleanly in a fast paced environment. It is a Sous Chef position so you will be running a team on nights when the head chef is away, so ideally you'll be fast learning and able to work with our small team smoothly. We love chefs but not enormous chef egos! 3+ years experience would be ideal, but if you have some proven talent in a fast paced environment we could take that into consideration.
There's a growing world of craft beer and food pairing, so if that is something that's piques your interest, this is a good place to be. It's an area that we would like to see develop and flourish, as it is currently sitting somewhere between obscurity and mainstream.
All kitchens are faced with HACCP right now, so experience in that is a bonus.
